Lot 55 - Board has agreed to waive late fee after the April 13th payment
Waive the charges for Lot 75 and Lot 101
Lot 7 - Board has agreed to waive late fee for yard on September 2022
Lot 156 - Board is willing to waive the July late charges, as long as account is brought current. Once $1000 threshold is reached Legal will be notified
