Construction Notice - Tract G and Main Entrance

Dear Maple Hills Community Members,

I hope this letter finds you well. We are writing to inform you about an exciting development in our community. Beginning next week, we will commence the construction of Tract G and the Main Entrance of Maple Hills. This project aims to enhance the overall infrastructure and amenities of our beloved community.

Tract G will serve as a valuable addition to our community, providing additional residential areas, and green space. It has been thoughtfully designed to harmonize with the existing landscape and offer a welcoming environment for both current and future residents.

Simultaneously, the construction of the Main Entrance will create an improved and aesthetically pleasing entry point to the North entrance of Maple Hills. The updated entrance will feature enhanced foliage, landscaping, and lighting, providing a warm and inviting atmosphere for all who pass through.

We understand that construction projects can sometimes be accompanied by inconveniences. We want to assure you that every effort will be made to minimize disruptions during the construction process. Our landscape designers will work diligently to adhere to the planned timelines of 3 to 4 weeks and ensure the smooth operation of the project.

In order to keep you informed throughout the construction phase, we will provide regular updates on the progress, any anticipated disruptions, and any necessary adjustments to access points or traffic flow within the community.
